The plasma you lose in blood donation is replaced by the body in about 24 hours. As others have said, keep well hydrated before and after donating and don't dive for a couple of days.

The red blood cells however take up to 3 months to renew. Until they do you are to all intents and purposes a little bit aneamic. This should pose no problem to recreational divers, but could be an issue for those using hypoxic mixes - no ones really sure so best not to chance it.
