The Mill on the Soar is not really romantic, but can do all sorts of nice stuff like arrange for you to have a packed breakfast if you'll be up and out to beat the queues.
They even put a couple of pints in the room once when we called ahead and told them we would not get there until 11:30.

The Mill do have a couple of 'deluxe' rooms - IIRC one even has a four poster, but they're definitely better quality than the standard rooms. Of course they are more expensive, think £55 per night.
