Just a thought. Sometimes if they cluster the web servers with Apache, if someone forgets to add www.yorkshire-divers.co.uk alias into the virtual hosts aliases file on one of the web servers, you can get that same issue appearing. It's generally intermittant because only some people get that server very rarely for example. Also, could be a dodgy proxy somewhere like AOL or Wanadoo?
Doh. I take it that's why you're asking for a traceroute (although I suppose that will only show source ISP)
