As no-one seems to have come up with an option 4 - something different, try this one for fun:
You ascend to stop depth and send up your emergency blob. You then take the casualty's reel, tie a loose loop around your own line and then to the casualty. Transfer some weight from the casualty to you. Reel him to the surface at a safe rate. |
