I shall not be voting and it will make no difference to who my MP is - before the boundary changes, we always had a conservative MP and following labours adjustments to boundaries, we now always get a labour MP - and I don't wish to vote for either of the candidates - I have used my vote in the past as a protest and would cheerfully vote for a monster raving loony party candidate if we had one, I have voted green and Lib/Dem in the past but will not be voting today unless someone drags me from the house to do so

As for complaining, there is little to choose between the two main partys' economic policies and most of the rest of their election propaganda is mud slinging at one another, so yes I will choose to complain, until there's a viable third party in the country, then perhaps voter apathy wouldn't be taking over
