Well, the race was today and what a day - it was paradise for men...7,000 women in lycra running 5K and it was very hot.....
Anyway, I completed the race in my best ever time - 48 minutes - I am well chuffed - not being a runner or the most fittest person in the world, I thought I have done pretty good!
A big thank you to all those who sponsored me - there are many, many worthy charities in this world and I am really grateful to you for supporting one that is so close to my heart.
