Should we have a seperate area to allow for discusions of incidents that perhaps should be members only, so as to shield if possible those directly associated with the loss of a loved one?

I believe that discusion would be helpful as Adrian suggested, we need to learn from these incidents, a decent time period perhaps could be set aside to show our respect for the sad loss.
