| We have Surfcontrol and I also have a Vodafone 3G card.
Surfcontrol categorises sites and we subscribe to their lists.
Occasionally things go wrong, somone put some porn on the same server as our clubsite and Surfcontrol blocked the whole server, not just the offending site.
As admin, I have control of 'black' and 'white' lists as well as what happens to certain categories.
The reason I mention Vodafone id that on the 3G card, they block RBW occasionally, and then if you refresh, it lets you through.
I've not taken the adult restriction off of the card, but I think that it just demostrates the default action for an unknown page - i.e. it will deny it until it's checked.
