Fair enough if you ask me. I've had regs freeflow and shut down and got them back online and been able to carry on with dives, if you know why it's happened and that won't be happening again then it's not an issue. Like my possy that likes to blow a bit sometimes when it's dry. Once you get it nice and wet it behaves itself, so I just shut down and reopen. Always does the trick.
I don't much like the idea of a single AL80 after 2 freeflows, I'd have my mind on the likelihood of similar happening again! Mind you, it wouldn't be the end of the world if he had his head screwed on.
Makes me think that in fact it wouldn't be that hard to do it myself, I've got an attitude fairly similar to this guy I reckon
ANd Phil I'll happily use your twins and stages, but I'll be wanting to keep them once I'm done!!!
