I read NigelH reply as being..
The DM's have all the fun... guiding assisting etc. The Instructors get blamed for everything. DM's can flirt (and more if you want) all in the name of custome relations, instructors must remain professional (ie flirt professsionally).
If you get stroppy beligerent customer (what does that mean?) you can pass them up the command chain...
But I may have mis read it.
I am sure NigelH will tell us.
