Question Domestic chores

Since I am enjoying the dubious delights of being a house husband I am doing household chores man style.

Naturally I have painted the exterior of the house-the windows are a little strange but we now have additional protection in the event of nuclear holocaust.

Decorated two bedrooms and planning the third.

This morning was the rubbish bin. Naturally this required donning my all weather water proof storm coat and the use of the power washer, followed by bleach, then disinfectant.

Now for the past three days I have been using Mr Muscle to clean the oven. Three attempts and still some stains in place. So it requires a different approach to clean the interior.
So my question is this, when using a Back & Decker disk sander-fine quality paper, do I set the speed on low or high?
