12th August 2005 - Stornoway Coastguard

A diver was airlifted to the Dunstaffnage recompression chamber near Oban by Coastguard Helicopter R-MU on advice of the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The diver, who was diving from the dive vessel Shifty off the east coast of Uist, was showing symptoms of DCS.
