Padi RDP is a doddle, just think basic 88's with slight tweak.

You can download from the net or get your own copy from your LDS,
but they come like the 88's with full Instructions. I wouldnt worry too much
though, as on a dive holiday there will be plenty of helpful bods to go over
it with you.

As for doing this course instead of BSAC, I'd still do it anyway as not only
is it free, but you learn a few concepts not part of the BSAC course.

On your return it counts as BSAC Basic and you can go onto Advanced Nx
or even do TDI etc. All depends where you wnat to go with it and
PADI EaNx is as good as any on that first rung on the gas ladder.
