Someone else had this problem a while back and it was suggested that as well as clicking the log out button (top right) they try deleting their cookies and cache. To do this in internet explorer, click on tools>internet options. In the box that opens, about half way down it you'll see buttons for "delete cookies" and "delete files". Hit each of those once.
