| First thing is to go back to said industrial estate and check for the signs - as Mark said they have to be clear and visible. If they are NOT, then take photos of where they are and how big they are and tell them to F*** off and see them in court.
If, however, they are visable and clear you have a bit more of a problem.
If it was me, I'd see them in court and fight it every way I could - but then I'm the kind of belligerent bugger who'd spend £500 defending a £10 fine to prove I was right. |
