OK - couple of questions

1) Where?

2) If in the UK, are the DM's paying for their own HSE's & insurance?


Basically - we don't 'pay' our DM's. But we do pay all of their costs for any courses they are involved in air, accommodation, transport, entry and any boat fees. We also supply them kit @ cost, same with any trips that we run (unless of course they are helping out in which case they get the trips free).

We do pay them a commission on any students they provide - although that again will generally be in kit/diving associated rather than actual hard cash.
