| as far as the small claims court (actually a special proces in the county court) is concerned, you would have to take action against the shop you bought it from. You have a contractual relationship with them. You don't with the manufacturer. Although it's possible that the warranty could imply some sort of relationship I suppose. In practical terms you're likel;y to be better approaching the UK importers I imagine.
And as for preventing the jamming up, always always slacken off the head at the end of a day's diving (and turn the battery round so it can't switch on. This will also remind you to tightem everything up after turning the battery round again next time you dive...) |
