re o3, neoprene suits and getting wet

I've had an 03 for 2 or 3 years and not had a wet dive yet. My other half had an ND suit and was getting soaked in it - ND weren't interested in helping, so in the end we decided to get it done properly and went to O3. We fully expected to need a MTM suit but O3 steered us to an off the peg suit, but made a few changes including different neck and wrist seals.

They measured her for them and specifically said that if there was any problem they'd re-do the seals until any leaks were stopped - in the end they did a perfect job so didn't have to test that side of the service out, but I know other people who've had leaks and O3 have sorted them.
