Was also wondering about Mexico, only prob is that i/we have no experience of these places.
I was in Oz last year for a couple of months, i've pretty much ruled that out because of cost and unless you can get right out the diving aint that great

You start off with a large fortune and become an Instructor for a while. Easy!
