Give the wing a go!

Don't pay any attention to wings being too 'techie'. The missus and I both just qualified, both tried wings, and both then bought em (Buddy Tekwing, £155 online!). I'd say give a wing a go, if you can borrow 1, then give it a go in a pool, of sheltered water. I find they make life easier, more comfortable, and make diving more enjoyable. If you are not a 'standard' shape (my wife is short, but broad shouldered), then they are generally more adaptable, so will fit better. Not everyone likes them, but you wont know unless you try.
