| You dont have to have access to 100% 02 to help with flushing N2. you can use any other mix of nitrox to hand that's likely to be in other ppls cylinders. Any enriched air will help flush N2 from the body.
But to answer your question, most well organised dive trips, will/should have an 02 kit to hand.
