PS sorry to steal the thread, Yaz...... | There are a few programs around like GifAnimator that'll make what you want. Alternatively, if you have Photoshop, it comes with ImageReady which will make animations very simply. Especially is all you want to do is show a number of frames in a loop. An advantage of using PS is that you can resize large images and lose very little detail. I made my avatar in this way.
