When I feel it coming on, I normally sit my my head over a bucket of hot water, towel over the top keeping the steam in. I add Tigerbalm into the water - but menthol works. I do it for 15 mins, hour break, then repeat. I yawn when breathing in to the right places.. but thats just me. |
