It should be a "fun" course.
You are planning a days diving, using all the resources available.
Remember it is a course and utilise your instructors, thats what they are there for! Ask questions, ask for guidance. The idea is for you to be able to plan a good days diving. Plymouth is an excellent base for this sort of exercise.
Do not forget plan"Z" - SH*T WEATHER PLAN! always a good exercise if planning a trip away from home!
