That'll probably be the Garland Stone, on the north west side of Skomer. Dived it on Sunday - we went to ~25m but the best stuff seemed to be above that. Its the best reef I've dived in West Wales, with much more life than any of the others. Saw lobsters, nudibranchs, wrasse, loads of dead mens fingers, anemones etc.

And I remember the Dakotian to be the same as you do! But it was a couple of years ago that I dived it aswell.
