Hola from Sunny Majorca. Not exactly a trip report but just had the first paying punters on a guided dive yesterday. We did a nice easy bimble from a beach called Erotica (yes, I know) at Bonaire near Alcudia. Also did some fun diving on Sunday
This beach is The Bridge, the site of our Sunday fun dive

cute cuttlefish (saw 2 yesterday)

and without photoshop, these don't look too great but they were very pretty yellow stripey salemas
We saw octopus hiding in holes - they didn't make very good subjects (apparently pregnant this time of year) and also a bright yellow blenny that refused to be photographed, and several things I have yet to learn the name of.
The water temp was 18 degrees (toasty in weezle and drysuit!) and the viz was 20 metres at least.
You can see the sea bed from the top of the cliffs - I am constantly amazed by the colour of the sea here, turquoise and azure with sparkles of sunlight. And with the backdrop of the mountains, cute donkeys and goats on the back roads, lemon groves, olive trees and poppies in the fields - it is a magical place to spend a summer.
Hopefully I'll be brave enough to wear a semi dry or even my wetsuit by june
I'm getting stick for being a wuss now, but hey! Who stays in longest?? Yep, the warm one!
I'll see if I can get some more photos on soon. Let me know if you want to come for some late season diving, we have are making contact with local hotels for cheap accomodation and I can practice my instructor stuff on you!
