Leading on from Diggers 100m report I would have thought that it would be more important to have a mask that seals properly than one that you can see 100 % through especially on a rebreather ,ie if your at 80 -90 metres on a rebreather when you loose your primary mask having to constantly clear a badly fitting mask is going to be a very serious problem due to small tanks .
I personally have a problem with my prescription mask & now I dive ccr it is amazing how much air it takes from a 3l clearing a mask even at 40 metres .
Obviously not so much of a problem on oc .
