Unhappy The Dead Med

Just got back from a fantastic exped in Cyprus and apart from the Zenobia there was very little or no life at all.

We visited at least one reef a day and they are dead, 60 min looking for a fish in not fun in what could be some beutifull areas. Chapel rock had some life but kept gtting scared away by the glass bottom boats who seemed to home in on our DSMB'S so they could show some life under water

But on the Z the situation was reversed having to fight your way through the buggers to get a good look at the tat on the wreck, and what a wreck 35m swinthro in a shorty cant get better.

If anyone wants to go i can reconmend Ian at Octupus Diving he knows more about the wreck than the designers, and can give some fantastic guided tours.

Just goes to show that making an area no fishing can produce one of the best dives in the world

Diving is very much like making love to a beautiful woman, first you do some checks of the site for favorable conditions, then you go down for as long as you can,and if part of your buddy brief you maybe able touch the bottom, then you start to make your way to the end you come up breathless smiling and your cylinders empty.
