<font color='#000080'>Have been diving in Gib several times and am off there again in May. Not as warm as the med but more fish life and the wrecks are excellent. Loads of dolphins around but I've never seen them underwater. I have always been warm enough in a 5ml semi even after an hour. Viz is usually + 10 metres although it can be reduced at times. Topside the weather is great and since its a duty free port the alcohol flows freely. Accommodation can be expensive unless you know where to go. It is possible to stay over the border in Spain and come in every day but the border crossing delays can be a pain in the neck. I always dive with Steve at Divehire and he can give you info on cheap accommodation if you need it. When I booked last time it was cheaper to fly with BA than with Monarch but you need to check each website to see what special deals are available for the time you wish to travel.
