How good are you at taking underwater pics with the MX10? 100 gives better quality images, if you are going to blow them up or do any fancy stuff with them.
400 is better at lower light levels and is more forgiving with depth of field and moving objects - always handy with fish !!
I prefer using 400 with my MX10, but am starting to experiment with 100 on particular dives.
