Thanks John. Yes I did manipulate them (cropping etc). On the UK pics I used Photoshop 7 to liven them up a bit due to the crap vis. Having said that, most of the others were just cropped a bit. Good point about digital is that not only can you bin the bad ones but also tidy up the average ones via software. An external strobe is also a must if you want to get some better shots. Whilst the internal flash is OK, I have found it not to be much use beyond a foot from the target.

When you see those fantastic pics from the professionals - they are actually a combination of good pic and excellent manipulation via software (I await the flames !!)
