Atlantic Divers are calling on divers throughout Scotland to participate in the forth-coming event to raise money for the Cash For Kids charity.
The event will be a 24 hour dive, the aim of the event is to have at least two divers continuously underwater over a 24 hour period. This will be achieved by operating a relay system were each buddy team will spend a period of 30 minutes, each buddy pair will carry out two 30 minute dives over the 24 hour period.
The event will take place at the Quarry Tearoom on Loch Fyne, situated a few miles after Furnace on the A83. The event will be held on the Saturday 7th of October and run from 12 noon on the Saturday until 12 on the Sunday, the owner of the tearoom has offered to keep his facilities open throughout the event, see our website
Atlantic Divers - Home. for further details over the next few weeks
To carry out this event will involve a massive amount of logistical support, any donations of equipment, surface cover or actual divers to participate would be appreciated. If you would like to take part in this worthwhile cause please contact either Ian or James at:
