Lots and lots of money, however there is always the real and present danger of dying every day. How much is the guy earning, and where?
If you want to pay for my courses I will happily come and work for you at a decent rate. Trouble is, you're requiring a lot of people to take a risk and then you choose who you fancy at the end of it. Most of us choose not to take that risk with cash.
Thinking about taking a risk, but it's a lot of money, and the job has to pay back the cost of the training. Which it doesn't sound like it will in a lot of cases.
