Muscle strains

OK, not really dive related, in that I did it playing hockey or 3 hours on Saturday, but my muscles are tight as anything, and it hurts a bit getting up and down the stairs, and walking about a lot.

So, what's the best way of getting my muscles back to their supple and fresh form, ready for a day at work tomorrow and to get back out running this week hopefully! And I'm hoping ok for a gentle dive on Wed...

It's nothing serious, I get this every year when I start the season, but I could do with good ways of getting back in the fitness saddle for the year.

Oh, and I thikn a lumbar support is the key for next year as well!!!

And by the way, before anyone gets on their high horse, I spent half an hour warming up for the thing, and warming down, it seems to just be a case of my muscles aren't used to this sort of thing. One game they can deal with, 3 they can't. But I'm a boy who just doesn't know how to say no.

TIA

Digs.
