| Already happens here, not on dive sites admittedly, but there are now restrictions on walkers doing the Cradle Mountain - Lake St. Clair Track in the Western Tasmania world Heritage Area, you have to pay and they limit the number of permits. Bit of a bugger when you live here and can't walk in your own hills and mountains
