I guess the fact that we've read this much means you've been treated and are hopefully on the mend. As for anyone flaming you, I don't think so, it's a brave person that can say "yeah, I did this, even though I know better...". This could happen to anyone of us at anytime. Hopefully you'll be back on line soon to tell us about a succcessful recompression treatment
