Imported post <font color='#A8A8A8'>This may seem like a bit of a stupid question, but as I can't seem to get an answer from a doctor I'd ask you lot.
Some time ago myself and a friend went paint balling only for him to recieve a nasty shot to his face mask. Although at first this seemed to do not damage he later found that he had a blind spot.
As it turns out that due to the concussion effect of the impact it detatched certain sections of his retina leaving him with this bloody annoying blind spot.
When asked what effect diving may have upon this blind spot, the doctors said they did not know.
Has anyone ever heard of this sort of thing, or is the fact that the eye is not subject to compression going to come into play.
Any ideas?
Cheers
