As for the hole in the heart, it can let bubbles travel from one side to the other without getting trapped in the lungs as normal. &nbsp;This can lead to a CNS bend. &nbsp;There are computers that allow for that kind of thing out there, but they are so conservative its unreal.

Maybe speak to the DDRC and see what they have to say.
