Had a chat with Andy about which charity YD should adopt for 2007 and we have decided to throw it open to the boards for suggestions so over the coming week (when I am in Gran Canaria
) can you suggest a charity we should look to adopt. Please take this seriously and not post frivilous comments! When I return we will then set up a poll with the responses and take votes on it with the top voted charity being our adopted charity for 2007.
You have all done yourselves proud in the past and I do not want anyone to think we are constantly looking for donations for various things but we do have scope for fund raising potential and I am very much of the opinion that even a £1 raised is a £1 more in the coffers of a worthwhile cause.
