| Today i had a rush panic site meeting with a client as we are starting a three week contract on Monday and i will be away on holiday.
Having spent two months arrangeing an exhaustive schedule of remedial building works with him on an absolutely must be done ASAP basis he today told be he has yet to get quotes from the electction and the plumber.
Actually he wasn't sure if the electrction and the plumber would be ready to start as early as Wednesday next week because he hasn't actually spoken to any yet.
When i pointed out he wouldn't have any bathroom after we finished ripping out he informed me that he hadn't actually chosen the replacement suit yet and he had a similar situation with regards to the 45m/2of replastering and ripping out the solid floor we have planned for the kitchen.
He hasn't chosen a kitchen yet or arranged any fitting.
I didn't say a word I just took the £2000 deposit and walked away. I then phoned my site foreman to let him know he would be back on the other job after Tuesday and there would be no problem finishing it off as we had nothing booked for the next couple of weeks.
The word moron sprang to mind.
