| Apparently the difference between diving grade and welding grade is that diving grade is checked for purity before it is classed as diving. They are both filled from the same station. If it fails it presumably becomes welding grade, this would not be the sole source of welding grade obviously.
With diving grade at least you now roughly what you're getting. |
