I do a fair bit of RIB diving with my branch, so the unit needs to be easy to store and use on the RIB. I like the idea of the Sport Kiss as it appears to be small and light enough to be used on the RIB.

However I hope progress my diving in the next season or two, undertaking a few deeper more challenging dives in the 65m range, using trimix. I have concerns about how the SportKiss would handle that type of diving, partly due to its design but mainlydue to the uni notbeing certified to that depth. I appreciate that the certification is set by Jetsam mainly to limit its exposure in the event of an incident, but obviously this could also have an imact on any insurance policies I may have,should (God forbid) anything happen. The solution here would be either an Inspiration or Kiss Classic, but how easy is it to use either of these larger units on a RIB. The inspiration looks very big and would take up alot of space, but is the Kiss any smaller?

I would appreciate any comments or experiences of using any of these units, or if someone knows of another unit they think may be better suited to my requirements I would be very intrested to hear your thoughts.

Depending on your Rib dimensions, we regularly have 4 YBOD's on board my rib a 5.6 Meter Osprey with a 140 Yamaha on the back.

You have to make sure they are properly tied in because if the start bouncing about they can easily break, but touch wood everything has been OK.
