The two units I've been looking at are:
- Insp vision (probably 2nd hand)
- Sub CCR with the ("coming soon") electronics pack (inc Boris based HUD)
The Sub is rated to 100m and is EC approved - though theres a minor hiccup at present with BSAC not approving (I believe) the user manual 
You'll need a VR£ for the Sub whereas the vision has integrated s/w
