No, but in a way your lung volume does not matter as it is dependent on your height, age and race amongst other things but if you were told they were fine then don't worry.

No I am afraid not!
The result depends on exactly what test was done as there are different tests. I remember a very fit person whose pulse rate after the step test was no different to at rest - he was supremely fit

Just be glad you passed and keep yourself fit
