| Excellent service from Suunto Diving UK Twice this year I've had contact with Suunto Diving UK. Both times there service has been excellent.
I had to send my D9 back to them when they recalled certain batches due to a software concern. I posted it to them on the Wednesday and it was delivered back to me on the Saturday of the same week. With a new battery installed and a nice Suunto padded bag thrown in as way of recompence.
I've just had to send a Gecko back to them which had locked up. Within three days they sent me a new computer even though the one I had returned was out of warranty.
So credit where it's due you can't knock that for service.
