| I agree you cannot retrospectivley change the conditions you agreed to when you took the job. I applied as cabin staff with BA but they said I could not bring my light-sabre. I argued it is my religion (Jedi) but they said no.
McDonalds were OK about it though.
Until I cut one of the managers legs off and got sacked.
