Presumably you could have a swastika (pre-christian cross nicked by the nazis) next to the wearer of a Star of David.
Personally I don't find any expression of one's regious leaning offensive, within reason, as long as it does not affect the ability to do one's job e.g. wearing a full veil working in a clinic for the hard of hearing where people are expecting to lip-read
