Hi all,

Just wanted to shout out some excellent service to praise Kent Tooling. Thanks very much John!

Just been surprised by John Perrin yet again! The clip on my goodman hand came off somehow on my last dive and was lost in the deepest darkest depths...

I dropped John a line the other day and told him I had a screw loose and my clip had fallen off and asked him how much for a new one.

I promptly got a reply and John said he'd pop one in the post FREE of charge! Excellent!

This amazing man didn't stop there though. He actually sent me TWO of the little blighters incase it happens again!!!! Excellent!!!! I don't think you'd find service like that anywhere else!

From what I've seen on here this sort of behaviour isn't rare and there are loads of examples. Anyone else been surprised with John's amazing customer service? Or have you had this level of service anywhere else?
