OK, I have a flexi-funstar with a Tristar plus head, which will give me about 8 hours burn time on the 8 AA batteries, but having been offered a 50W HID (2 hours burn time on the same batteries), which one would people recommend? Do I :
- Buy the HID, keep the Tristar, and use the HID head for the darker dives, and the Tristar for the rest of the time?
- Sell the Tristar and just use the HID?
- Not bother with the HID and stick with the Tristar?
Any suggestions gratefully received
