I've just sat down with credit card in hand to order "The Divelight Companion" from Airspeed.Com and then read about shipping costs, unknown taxes and import duties etc that will be billed at this end, so I'm a bit wary of ordering it now....
Can you tell me please, just how much it actually cost you altogether with the extra charges added on.
